BALLET FOLKLÓRICO DE CHICAGO

Ballet Folklórico de Chicago is the largest Mexican folkloric dance organization in the Midwest, with approximately 500 students. As a non-profit, the organization offers affordable cultural and artistic programs aimed at preserving traditions for future generations. Ballet Folklórico de Chicago fosters community engagement through family-friendly activities, supports students with college scholarships, and provides leadership opportunities to help them achieve their educational goals.

MARIACHI

Mariachi Monumental has been a leading force in Chicago’s traditional mariachi music since 2010.
With over 30 years of experience, they’ve performed with legends like Pepe Aguilar and Vicente Fernández. As the go-to mariachi for major Chicago sports teams and events, they also champion Mexican heritage through youth programs and education.

Mariachi Los Pumas delivers an authentic mariachi experience, featuring talented current and former students from Jovita Idár Elementary. Their award-winning performances often include interactive and educational elements, making it a fun and engaging show for all ages.

CHICAGO FIRE KIDS CLINICS

Chicago Fire Soccer will feature a special activation through its youth outreach arm, Chicago Fire Soccer In The Community. Kids will be able to participate in Chicago Fire Kids Clinics, which will incorporate key child development principles, including social and emotional learning (SEL), STEAM, and mental health awareness.

PATIBULARIO ARTS & CRAFTS

Patibulario Arts & Crafts will showcase vibrant alebrijes sculptures at El Grito Chicago. They will also host a free art workshop on Sunday, offering attendees the chance to create their own fluorescent masks. Don’t miss this creative experience!

THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MEXICAN ART

The National Museum of Mexican Art will engage visitors of all ages at El Grito Chicago with interactive art activities, such as creating paper flowers, masks, and ceramic painting. Chicago-based artists will also perform live painting, with finished pieces raffled to attendees each day.
